every day, 7/7; 24/24, from our 3 warehouses, we supply ships, in transit, in the following ports: nantes area : on the river loire: st-nazaire, montoir, donges, nantes... la rochelle-pallice area : grand port of la rochelle-la pallice, tonnay-charente, rochefort, les sables d'olonne. bordeaux area : on the river gironde : bassens, ambès, pauillac, blaye, le verdon & bayonne (spanish border). from nantes, we also are able to deliver up to the channel (st-malo, le havre, rouen...), ports of brest, lorient and port of spain... our status of issa (international ship-suppliers association) confirms our conscientious business… in 2013, to follow the strong commercial development of port atlantic la rochelle, we built new and agreed premises, close to the trade port, fully approved by the french customs service. the shipchandling business …… in the current profile of the european administrative reforms, we were able to invest both economically that strategically. since 2011, dekytspotter group had obtained its complete certification of customs aeo (authorized economic operator), which must be necessary for the good practice of our profession. we pushed our effort to get the new full european customs certification : aeof - customs simplifications & safety and security. customs web site : http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/dds2/eos/aeo_consultation.jsp?lang=fr management and administration of our branches are orchestrated by the head office, in nantes. however, each branch is completely autonomous, both commercial and customs, under the responsibilities of a local manager and always under the control of the general manager. dekytspotter group represents world famous brands product features for the maintenance of marine engines and various machines of ships. all items we distribute on board ships are present either in stock in our warehouses and others go necessarily always through our premises for various controls (qualities, quantities, documentary, etc...). forces being dedicated to export, the main force of our branches is personalized and immediate, answering to requests for quotations and various services which are made by all of our international customers of the maritime business. in fact, due to our software, hardware and custom computers, immediately, we are able to reply to all kinds of demands. our serious experience, our knowledge and training of our employees, allow us to ensure both logistically that relationally, full commercial services. quality & sécurity process as part of quality and safety process, dekytspotter atlantic sas is committed to meet the requirements of its customers and all general and customs requirements. so, we are committed to support a dynamic of continuous improvement to increase performance, the know-how and the expertise of the firm, while reducing costs. our quality and security policy revolves around these different axes : · satisfaction of our customers. · safety of the goods. · security of the information. · safety of employees · writing accounting / logistical system effective & secured. · continuous improvement of our performance. · involvement of all in the improvement of the quality and safety system. · communication with customs authorities. this policy of quality and security, part of our business strategy, is evidence of our involvement through our ambitious objectives. our quality and security policy is a matter for all of our colleagues!
